1. Entry Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and a U.S. resident. Sweepstakes may only be entered from the United States. This sweepstakes available only to those persons who are legal residents of either one of the 48 continental states of the United States, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico and may only be entered from one of those locations. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Only one entry per person. If multiple entries are made, only the first entry received will qualify as the entry and the rest will be disqualified. Disqualification of entries based upon a determination that more than one entry has been received from the same person on the same day will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Employees of Sponsor, any affiliate of Sponsor, any of their advertising or promotional agencies, any sponsor of any prize offered in this sweepstakes or any business or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings and children living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Entry: All entries must be received by February 15, 2006 to be eligible for the drawing. Facsimile entries are not acceptable. To enter on-line, visit http://sprintrelay.quarry.com/sweepstakes and follow the instructions on the screen, completing the online entry form and associated survey and clicking submit to be eligible for the drawing. On-line entries must be received between November 22, 2005 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and February 15, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. ET. On-line entries will be deemed made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sprint is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate or unintelligible entries, messages, typographical errors, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, on-line failures, hardware, software, servers, providers, equipment, human error or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the sweepstakes in any manner including without limitation. Sprint also is not responsible for any damages to entrants computer occasioned by participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information or data necessary to participate in the promotion. If for any reason the Sponsor is not capable of running the sweepstakes as planned due to, among other factors, any technical failure or corruptions of any kind, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. If the winning entry is an on-line entry, the entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with confirmation that he/she is the authorized account holder of the listed email address (if any).

Mail-in entries must be mailed after November 22, 2005 and no later than Februrary 15, 2006. Entries must be postmarked no later than February 16, 2006.
All completed entries become the property of Sprint and will not be returned. Entries without all of the blanks completed will be disqualified and not entered into the drawing. All late, lost, or incomplete entries are not considered valid entries. Any form of entry, other than as specified in these rules (including but not limited to automated, copied, third-party or mechanically reproduced entries) is prohibited and they will disqualified. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they register and enter the sweepstakes. Please review Sprints privacy policy at www.sprint.com/privacypolicy. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of the privacy policies of the Sponsor. By entering you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which will be final and binding in all respects. 3. Entry Period: Promotional period begins on November 22, 2005 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Februrary 15, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. Prizes. First place prize is a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas including: (i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for two people from a major commercial airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada, (ii) hotel accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights double occupancy hotel accommodations (room rate and tax only) at hotel selected by Sprint in Las Vegas, Nevada, , and (iii) two (2) tickets into the 2006 NASCAR Nextel Cup race in Las Vegas on March 12, 2006 valued at $2,000.00 value may change depending on cost of airline tickets. Second place prize is a computer laptop valued at $1,200.00. Third place prize is a portable DVD player valued at $500.00. Fourth place prize is a wireless device from Sprint valued at $500.00. Fifth place prize is a Sprint Relay mouse pad valued at $1.00. Total prize package valued at $4,300.00. Only one first prize, one second prize, one third prize, one fourth prize and 100 fifth place prizes will be awarded to 104 winners. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor will have the right to substitute another prize package of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute for a cash prize or goods or services with a value equal to or greater than the estimated retail value of the original prize. Winner will not have the right to substitute another prize package. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value of any prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. All expenses not specified, including but not limited to taxes, fees, surcharges, from the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Round trip coach air travel is included from your nearest metropolitan airport of the winner. Air transportation will be determined by Sponsor including airline, ticket class and airline seat. Hotel stay in a Deluxe room, double occupancy. Lodging is subject to availability and blackout dates. All state and local taxes are included. Compact car rental included. All hotel incidentals, including meals, are the responsibility of the winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to change and are subject to airline, airport and hotel regulations and restrictions as may be in effect at the time. The trip is transferable to immediate family (immediate family is defined as spouse, sibling, parent, child, grandparent or grandchild) and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Any traveler under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person 18 years or over and must have his/her parental/legal guardian prior consent (if applicable). Spectators of the NASCAR Nextel Cup Race must be persons 18 years or over. Non-refundable and non-reusable.

5. Prize Winner Selection and Notification. A random drawing will be conducted by Sprint Relay Services on February 23, 2006 whose decision will be final. The winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. In the event the person originally selected as the winner is disqualified, the prize will be given to a second winner via a random drawing of the remaining entries, conducted within thirty (30) days of such disqualification.

6. Prize Acceptance. Winner(s) must complete, execute and return an affidavit confirming the winners identification and eligibility, and winner and any guests will be required to complete, execute and return (if such requirement would not render this sweepstakes lawful) a Liability and Publicity Release. If such documents are not returned within fourteen (14) days of the date sent, or if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or any winner if found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these official rules, disqualification may result. Acceptance of a prize will constitute permission to use winners name, hometown, likeness, photograph, statements or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will not be responsible for any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted. No transfer or cash redemption of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per household or family.

7. Governing Law. Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
